Audiometric Testing

Comprehensive hearing conservation testing delivered by CAOHC-certified technicians using industry-leading microprocessor audiometers inside our acoustically treated mobile units - with full audiologist analysis and reporting.

In-House & On-Site Testing - We Come to You

Equipment Calibration

  • Daily function check using an electro-acoustic ear

  • Validated by an audiologist with minimum Master's Degree education

Spirometry Testing, Respirator Clearance & Fit Testing

Comprehensive pulmonary function testing by NIOSH-approved RN/technicians using Puritan Bennett PB100 spirometers, with full respirator clearance and qualitative fit testing.

Spirometry Testing

  • Performed with Puritan Bennett PB100 spirometers
  • Conducted by NIOSH-approved RN/Technicians
  • Detection of occupational lung disease
  • OSHA History and Medical Questionnaire - annual interval history thereafter
  • Vital signs including blood pressure and pulse
  • Physical measurements: height and weight

Analysis & Reporting

  • Respirator clearance based on history, spirogram, and vital signs
  • Determined by a Pulmonologist or licensed health care provider
  • Individual annual percent decline calculated per employee
  • Trending data to track pulmonary health over time

Qualitative Respirator Fit Testing

  • Proper use and care training provided at time of fit testing
  • Reports advising employer of each employee's size requirements
  • Identification of special needs or considerations per employee
  • Meets OSHA respiratory protection standard requirements
